Developing a Prevention Framework for San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services

Prevention Institute is working with BHRS to develop a framework that identifies strategies to reduce the number of county residents needing mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) services. The framework focuses on primary prevention and identifies policy and organizational practices that will promote emotional and psychological well-being for all residents.

This report provides the framework created to promote the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of San Mateo County. Includes strategies to promote policy and organizational practice changes and interdisciplinary partnerships.
