Making Connections Survey, Albuquerque

About Making Connections

Making Connections is a planning initiative aimed at developing an action plan for promoting and improving the mental health and well-being, including socio-emotional well-being, of young men of color in the southeast of Albuquerque. Through Making Connections, youth are currently engaged in collecting and analyzing data and developing an action plan.

Our goal is to understand what young people are thinking about the strengths, needs, challenges, resources, and priorities in their community. Your answers to this survey are anonymous and

confidential. This means you do not put your name on this survey and only summaries of the information gathered from all the surveys completed will be used for planning and seeking funding. This summary information may be shared in presentations locally and nationally to help others learn from this effort.
